Steel spring pressure tester can test and analyze the mechanical properties of various springs.Can be widely used in automobiles, trains, aviation, spring manufacturers and other industries. This series of models is mainly applicable to the test of mechanical properties of the test load≤100kN.

a. Basic functions:the device can perform standard load test and full compression test on the spring in manual or automatic mode.

Mechanical system: including spring positioning mechanism, guard plate, auxiliary table and lifting table.
Electrical system: It consists of the IPC core components.
Measuring system: The spring pressure measurement is achieved through the load cell under the work panel.
c. Safety assurance function: according to different tests, the device can adjust the position of the limit switch to prevent the fixture from colliding. With overload, overcurrent, leakage and other protection features, easy for operators to safely and easily perform operations.
