Integrated electrical test stand
1. Equipment useage
Integrated electrical test stand is used to test the performance and parameters of the relay.
2. Main functions
1) The test bench can test the following electrical components of the subway train:
?The middle relay's pull-in voltage, release voltage, pull-in delay time, release delay time, coil resistance, and contact resistance are tested automatically.
?Time relay delay time and contact resistance automatic test;
?Electromagnetic contactor's pull-in voltage, release voltage, pull-in delay time, release delay time, coil resistance, contact resistance automatic test;
?Automatic testing of intermediate relays and time relays.
2) The equipment can be intelligently controlled through the PLC and has perfect protection measures.
3) The equipment is equipped with DC 0-150V and AC0-250V adjustable power supply, which can be used to perform the experiment of sucking and releasing of various types of AC and DC contactors.
4) The device display interface is clear, intuitive, and high-precision, using a liquid crystal display as a human-machine interface.
5) Test results can be carried on long-distance data transmission, print test results.
3.Main structural composition
The integrated electrical test standmainly consists of three parts: a main control cabinet, a power supply, and a resistance test unit.
