Traction motor no-load test bench
1. Equipment use
The test bench is controlled by an industrial computer, which enables centralized and decentralized control of the drive unit. At the same time, an independent control function area is provided on the operation platform to realize control of the drive unit. Simultaneously measure the motor's rotation speed, motor and gearbox vibration, temperature motor efficiency, voltage, current, frequency, noise and other main test parameters while the motor is rotating.
2. Main functions
The computer and the advanced and reliable programmable controller PLC are used as the control platform to fully realize the automatic control of the test process and the automatic acquisition of the test data. The parameters collected are all test parameters: including motor efficiency, voltage, current, frequency, speed, noise, etc.), automatic recording, automatic generation of report archives, completion of multiple consecutive tests and comparison of results (drawing torque characteristics, etc.) and other functions.
3. Main structural composition
The test bench should be composed of a microcomputer system, a console, a power cabinet, a frequency converter, an electrical instrument, a sensor or a measuring instrument.
